I tried my best to clean up the edges on the feed lips of the magazine and a few other little minor repairs in hopes that I didn't throw away thirty dollars in this magazine.
After having my Remington 597 .22LR for a while now I decided to buy the Remington 30 round magazine and give it a try.
The newer USMC complete sleep system consists of a three-season sleeping bag, a cold-weather bag, a mesh bag for garrison storage, and two Seal Line compression sacks. The smaller brown Seal Line compression sack is used to protect the 3 season sleeping bag. The larger Seal line black bag is used to protect the entire sleep system.
Over the years Dad and I have collected military surplus gear for many different reasons. One, we simply like the gear because it's awesome and looks cool. Gotta look cool, right?
