The MR556A1 is driven by the same incredibly short-stroke gas piston action to propel gas into the upper receiver to operate the action. An extremely accurate 16.5" cold hammer-forged barrel and lightweight free-float modular handguard give you every advantage in range. Other features include a two-stage trigger for precision, extended latch charging handle, retractable buttstock, and an optics-ready top rail.
