The FNX is a polymer framed centerfire hammer fired semi-automatic pistol. Available in several variants all FNX pistols feature an ambidextrous safety lever slide stop release lever and magazine release button. They additionally include a slide with loaded chamber indicator fixed three dot sights and Picatinny rail. Newer models frames come with four interchangeable backstraps instead of two.
