Up for sale is a used 1938 German 98 Mauser (8mm Mauser). This item has a 29" barrel with strong rifling and a slightly dark bore. A wood aftermarket sporter style stock has been used for this rifle. The blueing shows some freckling and a little bit of wear but otherwise is in generally good shape. The stock is in nice shape with only a couple of light scratches in the wood. This has mis-matched numbers and was imported by C.A.I. in VT.
