The holster releases by pressing the locking tab and then lifting the hanger out of the RTI wheel.A Female RTI Wheel is used on the Rigid MOLLE Panel and a second one can be attached to a Paddle, Plate Carrier, or Belt loop for easy transfer of the holster from the Rigid MOLLE Panel to an on person carry if needed. Attach a Female RTI Wheel anywhere you want to holster your pistol (Rigid MOLLE Panel in backpack, Rigid MOLLE Panel in vehicle console, Paddle for OWB carry, Plate Carrier for active shooter response).Attach a Male RTI Hanger to your holster of choice. G-Code holsters feature correctly spaced holes, if you are using any other kydex holster you can just drill the appropriate holes and use Chicago screws to secure.We only sell the Aluminum Backer plates to easily mount this to our panels.
