Ruger LC Charger 5.7x28mm Semi-automatic Pistol The venerable 5.7x28mm round gets a new inchhome inch in the awesome Ruger LC Charger Pistol, featuring the same mag compatibility and familiar ergonomic controls as the proven Ruger-5.7 handgun. The Charger trims the barrel length to 10.3 inch and eliminates the stock entirely-giving you the versatility to turn it into an SBR (with proper paperwork), trick it out with a brace, or leave it as-is. But there's a lot to love about the LC Carbine even if you don't own the Ruger-5.7. It's incredibly lightweight, highly maneuverable, naturally inchpointable, inch and a ton of fun to shoot. Anda |it's absolutely loaded with features. The 10.3 inch barrel features 1/2x28 threads to accommodate a suppressor or muzzle device, and includes a thread protector. The rear Picatinny rail supports a number of different pistol stabilizing braces, and the top optics rail provides plenty of real estate for a red dot. The CNC-milled handguard is Type III hard-coat anodized aluminum for maximum durability, and features M-LOK slots for easy mounting of compatible rails and accessories. The LC Charger comes from the factory with the Secure Action trigger, which combines an internal hammer with a short, crisp 4.5-5 lb. pull and positive reset. Ergonomics are excellent and highly versatile, with an ambidextrous manual safety, reversible charging handle, and extended mag release latch. Completing the package are a number of smart safety features, starting with an integrated trigger safety, neutrally balanced sear, and hammer catch to prevent the hammer from contacting the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled.
