The grip angle and geometry are roughly the same as the original, so you can count on the same level of ergonomics and comfort with no modifications necessary. The new TX 22 Compact does outpace the original, though, with the addition of a milled slide that accepts Shield RMSc and Holosun K-footprint micro red dot optics. Also new to the party are lightening cuts near the front of the slide that help to reduce reciprocating mass and recoil.
