A manual external safety is located conveniently above the thumb for quick manipulation in stressful conditions. The reversible magazine release is also ergonomically positioned for rapid onehand mag drops during tactical mag changes. Integrated into the G2C frame is a MilSTD 1913 Picatinny rail to accept an accessory light or a laser.
