The XIPHOS(TM) is outfitted with the new industry standard-setting RACK(TM) ambidextrous charging handle with monolithic handle and smooth side sliding latch that is built to take abuse. It is loaded with numerous enhanced components such as our extended magazine release, enhanced takedown/pivot pins for easy tool-less breakdown, one-piece magazine catch, enhanced bolt catch, user-adjustable three-position pistol grip, and enhanced single side safety. The BATTLEARMS(R) XIPHOS(TM) series of firearms are designed from the ground up and purpose-built as the next generation, blow-back AR-style pistol caliber carbine. The heart of the rifle is the billet BAD-GS 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum receiver and free-float rail handguard with M-LOK attachment points at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
