Libertys Civil Defense rounds are designed to achieve more stopping power kinetic energy and terminal effect wound cavitylethality than any other handgun round. A personal defense round the Civil Defense line is leadfree and uses a monolithic nickelplated copper fragmenting projectile with a deep cavity hollow point in a nickelplated brass cartridge case.
