The Winchester 94AE Trapper Compact is most suitable for smaller-framed shooters. The barrel is 16" long, making it easy to carry and maneuver through heavy cover. It's easy to pack along just about anywhere. The two-position, cross-bolt safety is easy to see and operate. A saddle ring is included, and it's drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Take the Trapper, shorten the straight grip stock to a quick-handling 13 1/2" length of pull, and you have one slick, fast-cycling rifle.
