The LOP measures 14 1/2" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The forend on this rifle has many scattered compression marks in the checkering and on the smooth portion. There are no cracks or losses. The butt stock has some compression marks on the belly. The checkering is hand cut. The stocks rate in about Fine overall condition.Type of Finish: BlueFinish Originality: All OriginalBore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no erosion.Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 95% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows only light wear. There is a bit of pitting on the receiver. The screw heads are Sharp. The markings are Clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Fine condition.Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun.Box, Paperwork & Accessories: NoneOur Assessment: This is a nice looking single shot 12 Gauge shotgun made by Baikal. It looks better than your standard single shot shotgun and has a cocking indicator, pistol grip cap and light engraving on the receiver. Its wood is hand checkered and is in pretty good shape. Grab this one up and have fun out in the field.
