The LWRC M6 is a high-end AR-15/M4 platform that was designed for the U.S. Army's Individual Carbine program. It has many upgrades over standard AR-15's including a Nickel Boron trigger group, monoforge upper receiver, lightweight yet durable 7075 aluminum forging for additional strength, and type-3 hard coat anodizing among other features. What really sets the M6 apart is the piston system it uses over standard gas impingement.
