SAVAGE 11
This Savage 11 chambered in .243win would be a great starter rifle for any new hunter. The bore is great with very visible rifling, the bluing is still great on the barrel, the bolt runs smooth, and the accu-trigger is light and has a crisp break. The stock has some scuffing on it and a couple dings, but it's a synthetic so nothing major to worry about. It has a Bushness 3-9 scope already mounted up so you're ready to sight in and hit the ground running. See pics for more detail.
