The PSA Olcan 14.5-inch .300 AAC Blackout bullpup rifle delivers compact handling and suppressor-ready performance in a refined JAKL-based platform. Built around a monolithic 6105 aluminum rifle-length upper receiver, the Olcan integrates a fully captured buffer system within the upper, eliminating the need for a traditional rear extension. The bullpup lower reduces overall length while maintaining balance and includes an ambidextrous magazine release for flexible operation. This model is finished in a durable black hardcoat anodized finish and is equipped with a Pin and Weld SilencerCo ASR flash hider and a Die Free Co Kung Fu grip.Operation is driven by a long-stroke gas piston system using a shot-peened Carpenter 158 seven-lug bolt paired with a 4340 steel carrier, combining AR-style accuracy with AK-inspired reliability. The ambidextrous knurled JAKL side charging handle can be repositioned to either side without tools. An eight-position adjustable gas block allows quick hand tuning, while tool-free field stripping enables fast removal of the carrier, recoil assembly, and sled for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.

The 14.5-inch .300 BLK barrel is fitted with a Pin and Weld SilencerCo ASR flash hider, bringing the rifle to a compliant overall length while maintaining suppressor compatibility. The ASR mounting system provides rapid attachment and removal across SilencerCo suppressors using a locking ring that prevents loosening during extended firing. Its resonance-reducing design minimizes the tuning fork effect common in multi-prong flash hiders.
