The PSA Olcan 14.5-inch 5.56 NATO bullpup rifle brings the JAKL platform into a compact, suppressor-ready configuration built for durability and control. Centered on a monolithic 6105 aluminum rifle-length upper receiver, the Olcan integrates a fully captured buffer system within the upper, eliminating the need for a traditional rear extension. The bullpup lower shortens overall length while preserving balance and features an ambidextrous magazine release. This model is finished in a black hardcoat anodized finish and includes a Pin and Weld JMAC Customs RRD-2C KeyMicro muzzle device and a Die Free Co Kung Fu grip.

Operation is handled by a long-stroke gas piston system using a shot-peened Carpenter 158 seven-lug bolt paired with a 4340 steel carrier, blending AR precision with AK-style robustness. The ambidextrous knurled JAKL side charging handle can be repositioned to either side without tools. An eight-position adjustable gas block allows quick hand tuning, while tool-free field stripping enables fast removal of the carrier, recoil assembly, and sled for straightforward maintenance.

The 14.5-inch 5.56 NATO barrel is equipped with a Pin and Weld JMAC Customs RRD-2C muzzle device. The RRD-2C is a compact, two-port recoil reduction device derived from the RRD-4C design, providing effective recoil mitigation in a shortened profile. Constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel, it supports KeyMo and KeyMicro suppressor mounting systems and is engineered for reliable performance in demanding use.
